I enjoyed this read.
I will say that the character of the guardian, at least what we see within the story, does not feel guilt the same way a regular person would. If anything, the Ghost could be considered the Guardians consciousness, and all that remains of the Guardian is there cold determination, and the couple of quips they make rarely, wether that be with there Ghost or with the Crow.
I do not think the Guardian would not feel guilt or shame, rather, a simple change in perspective of there previous actions. Cold contemplation.
That being said, I really did enjoy this.
