No, you will have to work with Xbox to try and recover the Microsoft account. If they're unable to help you recover the Microsoft account, then you're stuck with the account linked to your Bungie profile forever.
Note: Unless you changed Xbox accounts, the account you play on Xbox Series X is likely the same account on Xbox One.
