After beating Lightfall, was it maybe the 'Parting the Veil' quest you did instead of Unveiled? Parting the Veil comes before Unveiled

I did Parting the Veil and Unfinished business which are the prerequisite quests prior to receiving unveiled. I already went to get the crawler data and listened to the recording. I truly believe It's just bugged considering all the steps were already completed.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I had the unveiled quest somehow sitting the abandoned quests terminal. It was already completed when I retrieved it so I was able to learn Weavewalk as soon as it was picked up. I appreciate your help in mentioning the abandoned quest terminal. I have never used it and forgot it even existed! Problem resolved!
