How can I do this exotic mission if I don’t have the seasonal pass?

You can't. in final shape bungie will either 1. remove the start of the mission and you'll begin at the exotic part or 2. add it into the exotic kiosk and make the weapons catalyst an rng drop

I suppose waiting for it to be in the kiosk is the better option
