You aren't going to get a different answer or action from Bungie than other users that have been in your situation. You accepted everything was correct and confirmed you knew about the wait times during setup

    Alright what about this user video. Bungie replied back and once he viewed the cross save was deactivate and relaunch the game with the pc account back. 🙂 Thanks for your reply.

    You do realize that videos 4 years old and from the same week as cross-save releasing right? Cross-save had only been a thing for 4 days at that point and Bungie were helping people then because it was a new system, people then abused it over the following months to get them to swap active characters/reduce the cooldown multiple times so now you get a strict 'you messed up wait it out'. The silver one is the [i]very first box you tick to confirm it[/i]: https://i.imgur.com/R8ggG0Y.png Edit: if you want a recent example of Bungie telling someone they have to wait it out - https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/263869196. They made the same error as you and got told to wait the 90 days.
