Would you seriously still be using those weapons now in preference over more current weapons?
If the answer is no then you are a hoarder.
If the answer is yes then your vault must be filled with current weapons so you are still a hoarder.
If your vault is full then you are hoarding gear. If it isn't full you were never being singled out.
