Be sure to check both your game and platform settings as they have been turned off

Platform as in my PC? Everything I can think about is turned on and has my headphones as the default setting. I believe it is an issue with either my bungie or steam account and I have somehow muted oncoming voice chat. I had my brother log into my computer and we tested voice chat and it worked for him totally fine, so it’s not my PC. And further help/advice would be appreciated!
