Short and sweet. Pillar of Ice from the Seasonal Artifact should be added as a fragment. Along with a fragment that gives you Stasis Surge for Stasis weapons when you Shatter Frozen enemies. There isn't a single fragment or aspect that synergizes with Stasis weapons and it's time we get one.
