Onslaught tormentors
Guys when a tormentor spawns don't stand tight beside the Adu where they can slam it and blow it up. It's common sense you don't want the adu's health hitting 0.

Yeah I told someone the same thing last weekend and they told me that I suck at the game just because I was trying to get the tormentor away from the ADU and they were trying to kill it on the ADU lol 😆 😂 🤣

Yup really easy don't have a decoy have once person lure them away, whoever gets agro. Other 2 find and kill ads when done everyone kill tormentor

It’s either dealing with the Tormentor while having adds drop the ADU to zero, or defending the ADU from the adds and dealing with the Tormentor but kill it slowly.

People panic an don't know what to do, it's so annoying. Round 49 and my 2 guys ran straight to the adu. Simply move away, have 1 person grab agro and other 2 kill the wave. Then focus it down.

Especially don't drop a well or bubble on the adu unless reviving.

You should bait the tormentor to the side where no ads spawn or a least where a decoy is at and leave him be until all the adds are dealt with.

The Tormentors are not all that bad, annoying but not hard. Its not like two massive hive knights that spawn inside the ADU circle! Just draw his agro towards your best decoy then kill adds and/or put shots on him. If your teammates are stupid enough to jump to the ADU than one person, with decent heavy supplies and good add clearing can deal with the adds by themselves, at least sufficient for the needs. If your teammates fail at killing the tormentor rapidly due to lack of using supers and/or just knowing how to take one down, well I just hope your not level 40+ in legendary before starting a new run.

Had this happen multiple times this weekend. Guy immediately spammed heavy and took aggro from me and tormentor crushed ADU.

Usually 1 person distracts the tormentor, 2 people rush and spawn kill adds... just get away from the ADU. Also on Midtown, when the ADU is on the A spawn (by the river) always invest in the turret that's in the back near the ADU. It tends to agro the tormentor pretty well.

There was one yesterday just as I pull out lucky pants HC the warlock popped well in the ADU and I returned to orbit lol

When the tormentor spawns grab agro so you can bring it to the decoy

2 RepliesAlso, anyone who has divinity you should be instantly switching to it the moment you realise a tormentor is spawning. It makes them about 1,000 times easier to kill.

I typically draw Tormentor fire/ attention away from ADU and engage from a distance. HMGs work wonders. Just shoot the Tormentetor & it will follow You away from. ADU - 1st thing You do when it spawns. You can still shoot ads from a distance.....or drop a super on them (tether is great).
