or is it a rumor? 😉 We're getting new network infrastructure that will have dedicated servers. It started with the Marathon reveal... which has been shelved or pushed back now. We found out 2 things during that reveal... 1. Marathon will use the Tiger engine 2. Marathon will have dedicated servers Destiny 2 uses the Tiger engine. They shifted resources back to D2, all reports suggest... but they haven't stopped upgrading the game engine. What we're getting in the Final Shape wasn't possible even 2 years ago. Think of all the content currently in the game, now imagine a Forsaken level content drop. That's what is coming. Thats what Luke Smith was teasing. I think D2 will get dedicated servers within a year or right after episode 3 leading into the new saga. D2 is set up to have the best 2 yrs in the franchise's history... the culmination of the Light & Dark saga leading into a new era right after. Right now I'm looking for hidden symbols. It led me to Cadmus Ridge. Named for Cadmus, the grandfather (corrected) of Dionysus... who is the god of "Letting Go"... whose spirit animal is a Tiger, btw 👀 (this is what got me thinking about the Tiger engine). There's a computer there in Eternity of Bray Exoscience... We 1st saw it in Beyond Light. That computer was dormant for 2+yrs before it switched on right around a year ago. When did Humanity first achieve Transcendence? Subject 13 is the Vex prophet that was the genesis for the Echo Program, Soteria... Their information could not be validated without the Exos. !Letting Go is the clue. That computer turning on at the beginning of Light Fall is a marker for what's to come. The 1st prototype Exo. That's when the red pill was swallowed, that's when we found the rabbit hole. The Tiger symbol is not a coincidence. Into the Light is foreshadowing episode Echoes. That Tiger symbol represents that moment in the narrative when the information from Subject 13 was verified... when the human soul/consciousness was transferred into the first prototype Exo frame. That's when humanity achieved transcendence for the 1st time. To add: the irony being...
