Stealth perk change on a certain static sunsettted weapon
Did they do a perk change to the breakneck weapon that was sunsetted because if I remember correctly it was Rampage and onslaught now it’s changed to subsistence onslaught. Also that weapon was a static roll which meant you can get it from the collection.

They changed it just before it was sunset as a means to turn people away from it when going through the new campaign.
