The only major problem with Pantheon is that it's open to all players. Even New Lights. Pantheon is a little more difficult, as it adds more enemies and adds more players affected by debuffs. Older players are telling new players to not play it. New players are trying to run it, but may not have experience. I feel a limit needs to be set on the activity. Be at least Guardian Rank 7. I would like to see what could be done for other new players.
