Can't disable cross play
I always played on playstation but when cross play came out I added an Xbox account to my bungie account. I never used the Xbox account and now I want to remove it to replace it with my current Xbox account but I can't remember any details to authenticate the first Xbox account to remove it. How do I remove a console account from my bungie account?

3 RepliesYou will need to deactivate Cross Save and unlink any unwanted accounts, wait out the mandatory 90 day cooldown, then re-activate Cross Save with only the desired accounts.
