If you want to increase your raid base create a tiered raid system such as beginner thru to the true raid level and have in game explanations. I go into the search mode and it’s replete with requests for experience and meta load outs. Pantheon is a totally uninviting mode. Raids are the pinnacle and can be quite toxic if you aren’t on to the mechanics. Not sure how Pantheon improves things. It just seems a oddball raid for the experienced and elites.
