As the commendation page shares the same button press as nav mode, it isn't possible for console players to message others until back in orbit (players usually leave before this point). I've had pc players text away, but I can do nothing in response (fyi pc players)... just a 'GG', 'thank you', 'run again?' or whatever suits would be nice to add post game. It could be solved by adding text options to the commendation page.
