When I tried to log into the game on 05/05/2024 I received a notification that my account was blocked. When I try to submit a "Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction" request, the browser page goes to the initial help page and the request cannot be submitted. I would like to inform you that the last game session was on October 11, 2022 at 10:23 am, at which time the account was not blocked. From October 11, 2022 to May 5, 2024, I did not use my account and did not enter the game. During the game (from October 4, 2017), I always followed all the rules of the game and behavior.
