I was... EVERYONE is sleeping on Desperate Measures... in PvE.

It's basically Master of Arms 2.0.
It procs stowed... it refreshes with no cooldown. Weapon kills refresh the 20/30% buff.
DM will have 10% perpetually for normal PvE use case... then any ability kills ramp the dmg, then you can maintain that buff with weapon kills... you can use any weapon or ability to keep the boon going.
Once you have x3 you have 7 seconds to get a kill will ANY weapon or melee/nade effect and the buff will keep going.

3 RepliesI think that sometimes Bungie doesn't make some mechanics clear enough in the game. Going to light.gg and reading what the perks actually do, instead of just reading the brief descriptions in the game, goes a long way to preventing sleeping on good perks.
