Which Hammerhead has better DPS?

Got two rolls that I enjoy, but I'm not a math guy, and I would like to know which roll has the highest ammo potential: Roll 1: Rewind Rounds + Target Lock Roll 2 Fourth Time's the Charm + Target Lock Thanks!

Not bad options but I would use crafted Song of Ur Yut with enhanced Recon and and enhanced TL if going the machine gun way for dps
