Bungie, why would you nerf the one good quality of Deconstruct, and make it a garbage perk?
While most people didn't care for deconstruct, I enjoyed it for its ammo economy in pve, but now that it will be nerfed in Final Shape, it's once again garbage.
Please don't let this change go live or at least give it a solid buff like the 40% damage buff will always be active instead of needing to be procd and lasting only 3 seconds.

Yeah, I read this and was honestly shocked. It’s such a niche and poorly designed perk that was heavily carried by the ammo regeneration. But, they’ve decide to blanket sweep the entire perk instead of fix the issue they clearly have a problem with; grenade launchers.
