Deterministic Chaos having the debuffs swapped, do you know how many people say this is the worst exotic LMG?
Striga, it already got a massive poison damage nerf, it sure as hell didn't need a frequency nerf as well. Effectively forcing people to use Necrotic to make full use, assuming the nerf doesn't mess with their synergy.
DMT, if I read that right, it's getting a small ease of use and minor ROF buff in exchange for losing a lot of damage and some accuracy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but CS grants 40% damage, right? I hope I'm misunderstanding the patch because that buff being nerfed from 40-15% is not worth it.
Lament, +7% damage, but -20% on its perk and healing? This weapon probably only sees 90% of its usage against Crota, and that's because those people don't have a god roll Guillotine or Bequest.
Explosive damage nerfs on weapons like Sunshot? I may only be speaking for myself, idk, but bad sights, misleading recoil, and clunky model aside, I cannot see how this make sense unless you're going to buff it because let's be real here, Explosive Payload that highlights targets the gun's recoil is blocking the view of as the intrinsic is worthless.

Deterministic is a buff to damage with the swap. The reason why is because weaken has a long enough duration to renew it before it runs out while volatile only last until you trigger the explosion which happens right away with sustained fire.
