Zero Deaths Triumph Bugged
Title essentially, completed the full run Solo Flawless and didn't receive the triumph.

Yep, same here. The "Flawless Zero Hour" triumph unlocked, but not the "Zero Deaths" triumph. Title screen said 199 kills and 0 deaths. Also, I had somewhere around 8 minutes left on the clock when I hit the chest (I wasn't speed running it, just taking my time, nice and slow).
