Bungie, why would you nerf the one good quality of Deconstruct, and make it a garbage perk?
While most people didn't care for deconstruct, I enjoyed it for its ammo economy in pve, but now that it will be nerfed in Final Shape, it's once again garbage.
Please don't let this change go live or at least give it a solid buff like the 40% damage buff will always be active instead of needing to be procd and lasting only 3 seconds.

Glad I didn't farm for this perk on the iron banana GL. managed to land it on the edge transit but now I'm gonna trash it. Another useless perk to add to the pile.
