Why is Luna’s Howl not dropping one certain roll?
The roll is heal clip with incandescent. You can get heal clip with everything else but incandescent?

Edited by Eatz: 5/26/2024 4:41:24 PMTbh, luna’s howl with HC Incan is kinda overrated. I have that perk combo on The leaf pulse and summoner, and summoner feels waaaaay better, and the leaf pulse is getting a 40% buff next season.
