On Your Mark rework
If Speedloader Slacks can perform the same benefits as On Your Mark, please allow the aspect to proc from teammate precision final blows, similar to Banner of War upon activation, so I don't have to fight with teammates for a precision kill.

Speedloader slacks and on your mark and dragons shadow. Just give hunters all that in 1 exotic like ophidian aspect warlock gauntlets.
