Bought final shape + annual pass and don’t have access to the season pass
I bought the final shape annual pass bundle and the game has not given me access to the season pass. I understand the server issues (especially after playing this game for ten years) but I paid money for the pass and don’t have access to it. Any help would be appreciated.

Still don’t have access to mine and don’t really feel like paying more for something I already have. Anybody else getting answers??

I am experiencing this problem as well. We were able to play the free track, now I'm being told I have to have the season pass to even get a bounty mission in helm. We have Final Shape + Annual Pass.
