i tried to enhance adept zaolis bane from pantheon but at rank 3 only the second perk columb ended up enhanced PLATFORM: PlayStation ISSUE: after leveling up the weapon and increasing the tier only the 2nd columb enhanced 1. active enhancing 2. level weapon with materials to required levels 3.finnish enhacing upgrades ACTUAL RESULT: only 2nd perk columb active EXPECTED RESULT: both columbs should be enhaced
