I accumulated 13 memory vestige: light pieces without getting the legendary drop version. No cyst enemies will drop memory vestiges. I have deleted all of the memory vestiges from my inventory and postmaster and have retried the cysts and there are no glowing white enemies any longer. Anyone else with this same issue? Is this prismatic fragment now permanently broken for my account?
