Breach Executable completions not counting towards weekly challenge
I completed at least 6 Breach Executable with my Warlock and collected all loot from then at the end, 3 of them on expert, matchmade. I still only have one of them accounted for in the weekly challenges for Breach Executable.

Got on today and the 1 I did for expert just vanished. Tried another and it didn't count.
