Hi, I am locked out of acquiring the exotic khvostov. I have competed the campaign and all post campaign missions. As stated in title I have opened every single regional chest in The Pale Heart and have not received any encryption bits from the chests, nor am I able to collect encryption data from the cysts. As such I am unable to open the chest to receive the Legendary Khvostov. Which prevents me from acquiring the exotic version. I cannot open the regional chests again nor does anything allow me to claim encryption from cysts, so I am now stuck as this being broken has led me To a point where I am unable to collect any encryption whatsoever. Thanks
