Guardian rank three needs pale heart completion?
Guardian rank 3 requires you to explore pale heart and complete it to meet the destination vendor. The exact same requirements are needed for guardian rank 6. Is this a bug?
A new light would have to skip at least three expansions just to have a tutorial for gunsmith and vanguard strikes which follows immediately after guardian rank 3.
