Hi there. Players subject to a ban or restriction cannot disable Cross Save if already active, until that ban or restriction has expired. If Sony banned the account, then you would need to contact Playstation Support to try to appeal the ban. If you were banned from D2, the Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of bans.
