After completing all 6/6 patterns for the Salvation's Edge raid weapons and claiming the triumph, every adept earned from the raid (both from Master challenges and bought with spoils) dropped with 3 perks in the 3rd column and 2 in the 4th. Sample size is ~25 adepts , so it is unlikely that this is an RNG issue, and other players have commented having the same experience. Comments from other players and my own fireteam/experience suggest that behavior is working as intended for those with less than 6/6 patterns completed. Additionally, the triumph at 6/6 does not have the additional text indicating that adept weapons have a higher chance of dropping with additional traits.
