The eddy current perk states that you get increased reload speed + handling shortly after sprinting OR while amplified. I notice the improved effects after sprinting while amplified, but since the perk says "or", I was under the impression that being amplified removes the sprinting requirement to get the buff, as that's what DIM and D2 Foundry say as well. Is this intentional? I just needed some clarification on the wording if so! Thank you!
