Are bombardiers still broken?
Since Final Shape launched, Bombardiers have not suppressed in any activity. The enemy receives the visual debuff, but does not suffer the effects of suppression. This prevents Bombardiers from: Ending supers, stunning champions, disabling abilities, and BOTH facets of Command And Bravery. This is unacceptable! The entire months of June and July! Someone please fix my boots!

The other things are definitely bugged. They were never meant to suppress supers.
