Anteater and Beaver

First I had Anteater at the end of Dares this afternoon and now 7 hours later I just got Beaver then Anteater while exploring the Cosmodrome. I have 60 down and 11 up and I have a wired connection. My nat type is 2 moderate. I just started experiencing this issue today.
