New Titan changes are great, I hope we continue to see more love towards the class. Especially Solar

New titan changes involving taunting and the exotic tuning are a good step in the right direction. Taunting sounds like its going to make unbreakable a lot more useful. I like the reworks/updates to Mask of the Quiet One and Icefall Mantle, I already have builds setup for them. However, I think titan still needs more love. I understand this takes a lot of time/work, but I want to state what I think needs attention regardless. I'm going to talk extensively about consecration in this, this comes from someone who loves consecration and thinks its a sick ability. I also love this game regardless of criticism. Solar Titan and Prismatic Titan are currently extremely "one note" when it comes to their "best" builds. The subclasses are generally the best when building around Consecration. Other setups on the subclasses feel a lot worse when Consecration is right there. I like Consecration a lot and use it all the time, but I want to have other powerful options within the same kit. Prismatic Titan having triple Consecration also takes away from Solar Titan. I would like to see more unique options for the Prismatic Kit, but I don't see that as a possibility with the aspects Titan has currently. I'm hoping we get an extra aspect for the subclasses that didn't receive one in Final Shape When it comes to solar titan, sunspots feel very gutted honestly. I understand nerfing the healing, and I think that was the correct thing to do. However, I think sunspots deserve more offensive capabilities. Sunspots disappearing after a couple seconds if you don't stand in them completely removes these capabilities. This feels extremely rough in high level content. I think that creating sunspots from final blows while having sun warrior should be a thing again, especially without the exotic Hallow Fire Heart. I'm aware scorched enemy kills spawn a sunspot, but this doesn't feel as good as it should. If I could get an ability kill, and start slaying out and creating sunspots wherever I kill something. Then the sunspots start killing stuff and scorching them as well, feeding back into my subclass through killing scorching enemies. If a bunch of sunspots were in a corridor and a champion runs through them, gets scorched a bunch, and then ignites after a few seconds, that would make sunspots feel powerful. Currently the damage sunspots do feels pretty meh, they also don't scorch enemies enough IMO. Roaring flame's damage buff for abilities feels pretty strong when paired with Consecration, or using it during a super. However, running Sol Invictus and Roaring Flames together feels very meh, its not very flashy either. These aspects deserve some love. Would be cool if roaring flames enhanced gunplay for getting an ability kill. Something like making solar weapons scorch targets while roaring flames is active would be nice for neutral game. This would make spawning sunspots alot easier, since scorched enemy kills currently spawn sunspots, but I don't know if that would be enough. I want to stack up roaring flames and feel like I'm making myself way more powerful and make my titan just tear through stuff with fire (preferably with less melees involved). Not just my meh grenades and sometimes my Consecration. A new aspect feels needed that's flashy and interesting. Something that could benefit from Roaring Flames or Sol Invictus. The Solar Titan exotics also need some love (minus Pyrogale, that exotic is sick af). There are 3 sunspot based exotics, and none of them feel great to run right now. Lorely splendor is ok in PVP, but feels like you sacrifice too much if you run it in PVE instead of other exotics like Synthoceps or Pyrogale. Phoenix cradle sounds really good for sunspots, if sunspots got some love this exotic could be great. I think Phoenix cradle could still use some extra love regardless. I don't like Hallow Fire Heart in its current state. The fact that its sunspot centered ability used to be a base function of Sunpots feels pretty bad. I understand it was to give the exotic some love, but sunspots deserve to have that back in the base kit as stated above. I think Hallow Fire Heart just needs a whole rework. I want to use the exotic really badly, especially since I own the Arcturus Engine ornament for it. But it doesn't feel like a worthy choice for a build. Ashen wake could also use some love, some way to make the fusion grenades feel even more powerful would be cool. I do really like the feel of the impact grenades though. I love that this upcoming episode is very stasis centered. The recent updates to stasis titan are pretty nice for PVP and PVE. I hope sometime in the future we can get some solar titan updates to make it a bit more diverse in build potential. I really want to use the subclass without a melee centered setup, same goes for prismatic. As a whole, a majority of titan's kit is melee based currently. Not every titan wants to always run a melee build on their favorite class, myself included. I hope that unbreakable feels great with the upcoming changes and taunting feature. Touch of Thunder on arc is a good example of a non melee centered aspect that feels strong on titan. Thanks for reading if you did. If you didn't TLDR, Make funny fire titan subclass and exotics cool and strong again pls thnx. Edit: I have learned something through experimenting after writing this. Roaring Flame's description states that you gain stacks via ability and ignition kills. If an enemy is tagged with "ability" scorch and then ignited, it counts as an "ability" ignition even if the ignition is finished off by scorch from a weapon. If an enemy is scorched with "weapon" scorch first and ignited by an ability, the ignition will count towards the weapon's kill count and be a "weapon" ignition. Any Ignition started with weapon scorch damage that kills enemies does not count towards Roaring Flames. This also includes the ignition from conditional finality. I was trying to use Conditional Finality to build up roaring flames without spending an ability to kickstart my Ashen Wake build, and getting nothing out of the gun for my subclass was pretty disappointing. Would be nice if this was changed.
