Is Wicked Implement a scout or nah?
Why does wicked implement not work as an anti barrier scout? Am I missing something?

Yeah, Bungie isn't going to allow a 3 champ weapon Changing freeze and slow would hurt the identity of the gun, so barrier had to go -

Bungie too busy listening to streamers that don't go outside, you could before use an exotic with a champ mod like using lemonarch for overloads with the exotic perk and barrier champions with a Seasonal champ mod at the same time but it got nerfed . All exotics could make orbs of light on multi kills aswell with no need for a dumb helmet mod just another nerf done in favor of people that don't go outside

1 ReplyProbably because it slows on precision hits which is anti-overload. Intrinsic traits override artifact perks.
