Can't change name on bungie.net keeps telling me I can only change it once but when played destiny before it had my gamertag now it just says gaurdian tried everything to change it

@bungie can we get some kind of response or resolution to you preventing us from changing the bungie IDs you gave us without our consent?

Yea they say there's a known problem because can't create clans either when I played before it had my gamertag its annoying when playing with friends because they all say guardian
