PLATFORM: PC ISSUE: Mantle of Battle Harmony is not providing the 4x solar weapon surge on solar supers REPRO STEPS: 1) Equip Mantle of Battle Harmony with a Solar warlock super 2) Fully charge super 3) Kill an enemy with a solar weapon EXPECTED RESULT: Receive a 4x Solar Weapon Surge buff when killing an enemy ACTUAL RESULT: Only receive the 'Energy Siphon' buff, even when the super is full. Notes: The 4x weapon surge buff is received as intended when using other elements (Strand, Stasis, Void, Arc)
