Character gone after cross save enabled
I have a warlock on my playstation. I enabled cross save to xbox and have an untouched titan on xbox. My warlock with countless hours and money spent is gone. When i research it says to deactivate cross save. The problem is it wont let me authenticate the playstation account. because silver was spent. The xbox account is authenticated. Is my character gone:( Can i not play for 90 days i dont understand. I didnt even have a titan it was accidentally made when trying to play my warlock on a friends xbox.

9 RepliesHey there, during the cross-save setup process you picked your XBox character to be the Active character. So this XBox Titan is the one you see on both XBox and Playstation. Your Warlock has not been deleted, but the PSN game profile is currently dormant and inaccessible because you picked XBox to be Active. Unfortunately the cooldowns are all mandatory, they cannot be reduced nor bypassed. After the cooldown elapses, you can cancel cross-save, and the Warlock will be accessible on PSN again.
