"Destiny 2 servers are not available" at start

Hello, Since this morning, it has been impossible to join the game (please find the screenshot of the error message linked to the post). I've already posted on the forum two days ago about cabbage and currant errors, it was due to my ISP which prevents some of your players from playing in good conditions (SFR for French people who are coming here with the same issue). Could this still be the source of the problem or could this be anything else ?

Destiny 2 is fully online with no reported problems. If you’re having issues connecting, see the below link for support. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide This is most likely a continuation of issues with your ISP. You should continue working with them for support. Bungie cannot assist you with issues outside of their network. If it was the game, everyone would be affected not just a tiny number of players. This is clearly an issue with a local ISP as only people from a certain region and those with the same ISP are reporting issues.
