How can one answer what's going on? Nothing is going on. What pinnacle activities are you doing that is not dropping a pinnacle? A couple of the exotics missions have been bugged for quite some time now and don't drop pinnacles like they are supposed to. Warlord ruin doesn't drop a pinnacle.
