VS Chill Inhibitor from Banshee known error?
Finished the Vesper's Host dungeon, have progressed the quest with Spider, but the VS Chill Inhibitor Grenade Launcher from Banshee this week is still showing that I have not completed the dungeon. Any known fixes?
