Hierarchy of needs pvp damage
Hierarchy of needs exotic in PVP after the latest patch has been doing lightweight frame bow damage. Since its release it was doing precision frame bow damage.
Im assuming this was unintentional side effect from the latest patch returning precision frame bows to 1crit / 1bs kill.
