I'm having trouble redeeming a pack I purchased a week ago. Despite following the instructions, the pack isn't showing up in my account. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Hi, I have the same problem for a pack bought during Halloween, I followed the instructions and nothing. Bungie solved my second ticket without answer. I think it's a bot and Bungie makes fun of the players. Courage anyway
