Final Shape no longer active on my account.

I can no longer qcess any missions for the final shape. I have purchased both the final shape expansion and the annual pass. Noticed that i could no longer equip prismatic sub class and no longer complete final shape mission without being prompted to purchase it again. I have completed the final shape campain and have previously equiped prismatic class on my account. Any help or guidance would be great.

  • Are you still on the platform you purchased it on? if so [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]try restoring licenses[/url] - if that doesn't work you'll need to contact your platforms support team. If you aren't on the platform you purchased it on, then expansions aren't cross-platform via cross-save.
