Bungie store support not working?

Made an order for the Darkest Day emblem on 11/29 and still have not received it (I checked spam/junk boxes). I put in a support ticket to the bungie store and got a reply that said “emblems can take 24-48 hours to arrive, if it has been more than 48 hours, reply to this thread”. So I did that and replied that it has been 5, now 6 days since my order. I got back the exact reply from the first time. I replied back asking if I was given the same reply by mistake and I got the SAME response back. SO I put in another ticket to try and get some help… I once again got the same copy/paste response. Is there someone else I can contact to resolve this?

    Hey there, this forum is completely separate to Bungie Store, no one here can offer any kind of support other than to say you'll have to continue working with their support, no matter how long it may take.
