Unable to acquire bounties through iOS app

I previously had no problems getting bounties through the companion app (iOS v8.1.2), but starting about a week ago if I try to acquire one, the icon will spin for a while before giving a “too many requests” error message. This is for any bounty from any vendor, and happens whether I’m signed into the game on PS5 or not. I’ve tried signing out/back in, resetting the app settings, and clearing cache/database, all with no change. Not sure what else I can try. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
