I’ve unlocked both Perky Presents and Perkier Presents “upgrades” as well as the Giftwrapped Exchange and Limited Exchange. I have still not seen a weapon drop with double perks in both the left & right columns. Specifically the Stay Frosty seemingly won’t drop with double perks in the right column. Extremely frustrating given the scarce “economy” and non-existent drop rates to be wasting Gifts and Spirit on focusing without seeing the double perks.
