Code of Conduct is Pure Logic

I've just read a topic where a guy asked for a YouTube channel, to unmask cheaters, which made me think. So why can't you expose someone cheating in a videogame on YouTube, but you can record random people on street in real-life and put them on the internet? I don't see any logic here. Can someone please explain this?

Also its kind of a strange question because it implies that Bungie allows you tape people in public and it doesn't really make sense as a comparison.

Well the law and Bungie’s corporate policy are separate things. They don’t want to get hit with a harassment law suit probably. People get very angry online, at things that don’t involve them too. They also don’t want to get laughed at for a hilariously bad anticheat,

Posting or discussing it here is against the terms and conditions of this site alone.
So why can't you expose someone cheating in a videogame on YouTube
You can, you just cant advertise/discuss creating a way/try and entice someone to do it in a thread on here. If you go and do it, then it's fine. If you go on the forums and say 'i name and shame cheats on YT heres the link' or 'someone should create a channel to name and shame' then both of those will be taken down by the Ninjas. Same thing if someone was to create a thread about wanting someone to develop a new cheat.
